Im seeking an Attorney to answer this question. The reason being is that in my life their are times I thought I should have sought legal advice and for some reason I didnt. Partly because there was not an outlet to find free legal help in an organized manner. Finding the right type of attorney for my legal issues was something that was like climing a mountain. May an Attorney can post the readers a message about how to best find out if you have a case or not.

I was wondering if you have a right to sue the company that you work for if you get beat up at work by someone with a criminal record that was not suppose to be working their in the first place?

I was wondering if an attorney can answer a general question about the asbestos litigations
currently flooding our legal system. If someone claiming to have asbestos poisioning, and they were previous smokers. Definite candidates for lung cancer, wont this interfere in this persons quest for legal help for their so called asbestos dream suit. I would assume that the courts would not even listen to such rubbish

Do Businesses Get Shut Down or Stay Open And Just Pay Back Taxes

Im trying to figure out what happens to a business that cheats on its taxes. Will the business still be allowed to operate. Or will they be closed down until they are closed down. My guess is that the business will be allowed to stay open but set up arrangement to pay the back taxes but could be wrong

Finding Free Legal Help

If a person is seeking free legal help, usually where do they go. To the internet, yellow pages the local city county building. I remember when i was seeking legal advice for a case, I had a very hard time seeking any free legal help. The main problem i think was calling the wrong type of attorney unknowingly, and not realizing that their might have been an attorney out there that could have helped. But with all the commercials that you see on tv advertising for attorneys, you can just take your pick. but what if an attorney tells you that he wont take your case. Does this mean that the case is dead or is it best to just shop around to as many attorneys as you can find until one of them thinks that you do. that you actually have a case. Any help from an Attorney would be much help
